This spring, something quietly extraordinary unfolded in the foothills of Patagonia. For the very first time, the heart and soul of VIP Journeys — our beloved team — gathered together beneath open skies in San Carlos de Bariloche, bringing together colleagues who had, until that moment, only ever shared a screen.
From Buenos Aires to Atlanta, from Quito to the far corners of our beautifully dispersed world, our team came home to one another. Our dear Susana joined us virtually as we used a cut-out prop to let her know her warmth reaching across every mile — a true testament to the spirit that has always defined us. We missed having her there in person, and made sure she felt every bit a part of the magic.

What moved us most deeply was not the agenda, nor even the breathtaking setting. It was the body language — the ease, the joy, the unmistakable glow of people who genuinely love what they do and who they do it with. Every single member of this team carries a true passion for luxury travel, and to see that light shine in person was, quite simply, a gift.
A Night to Remember
The gathering also brought with it a celebration of the most joyful kind. Beneath a Patagonian sky, we honored our Co-founder's 60th Birthday and Pilar also celebrated her birthday that week in true Argentine fashion — a magnificent Parrilla, with the wood smoke rising and the finest cuts sizzling over open fire, filling the air with warmth and abundance. And then, silence fell. Our beloved Trini, a diva of rare grace, lifted her voice in song — and the mountains of Bariloche became our opera house. It was a moment of pure, luminous beauty that none of us will ever forget.
